Reset the agents cached information and old credentials from the Windows vault.
1. Open your Task Manager and stop the Exclaimer Outlook Signature Update Agent, then uninstall the agent completely.
2. Delete the folder in path below. %appdata% (current user)
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Apps\Exclaimer_ltd
3. Then browse to the following location in windows explorer:
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Exclaimer, delete the file named TokenCache.dat (if present).
4. Go to your Windows Credential Manager and delete the stored Office and Outlook credentials.
5. Please create a new Outlook profile. (run: outlook.exe /profiles)
6. Re-install the agent and test again.
